Nursing Home
Bricklehampton Hall Nursing Home is centred round an elegant Regency style House built in 1848 in a park land setting and enjoying views over some of Worcestershire's finest scenery. It is a home of great character, standing in almost thirty acres of grounds and landscaped gardens and creating just the right blend of care, companionship and comfort. Although in a rural location, the Home is easily accessible from Worcester, Pershore, Evesham, Winchcombe and Cheltenham.
The Nursing Home is a blend of elegant living with modern nursing facilities and equipment. It is built on two floors and all the rooms are accessible by wheel chair. There are three large reception rooms overlooking the grounds and Bredon Hill.
There is a variety of bedrooms to choose from, as we provide both single and double rooms, most with en-suite toilets. Bedrooms are decorated and furnished to a very high standard and are equipped with telephones and digital televisions with Freeview. Residents are encouraged to bring their own pictures and ornaments to make the room really their own.
We offer residents a choice of menus and we cater for special diets. A variety of activities and social events are arranged for residents by our diversional therapist. We have a Hairdressing Salon with a qualified hairdresser to ensure that residents are always looking their best. The Home also has two Arjo Therapy Baths which residents very much enjoy.
At Bricklehampton Hall we firmly believe in, and provide, an individual approach to nursing care. Our philosophy is that residents should feel at home and that they treat Bricklehampton Hall as their home. We therefore encourage our residents to choose their own daily routine and we welcome family involvement and, hence, we have no set visiting times. We respect individuality and privacy and will recognise and adhere to these principles at all times.
We are fully committed to planning care on an individual basis. Mrs Archer, the Matron, is always available to discuss individual needs and requirements. Our aim at Bricklehampton Hall is to achieve a high quality of care to meet the daily needs of each individual resident and to maintain their physical and emotional well-being, with respect and dignity.
Bricklehampton Hall is registered as a Care Home with Nursing by the Care Quality Commission(CQC). You are welcome to read the recent CSC inspection report at the home when you visit.
